Lebanese Parliament Fails Again to Elect New President

The Lebanese parliament failed Tuesday to hold a parliamentary session to elect a new president for lack of quorum.

It is note that Speaker Nabih Berri, as a result, adjourned the electoral session until September 2 after ten failure rounds.
