CTD guns down two Daesh operatives in Karachi

At least two alleged terrorists were shot dead during a search operation conducted by the Counter Terrorism Department on Wednesday in Gulshan-e-Maymar area on Wednesday.

SSP CTD Junaid Sheikh said that two alleged terrorists who were gunned down near the Northern Bypass were Daesh operatives. He said that weapons and explosives were recovered from them.

In separate incidents four terrorists were arrested from Clifton and Gulistan-e-Jauhar.

Rangers arrested eight suspects and recovered weapons from them in various search operation conducted in the city.
