Pak-Iran relations: Indian and pro-Saudi Arabia journalists united
Shiite News: Similar to pro-Saudi Arabia journalists in Pakistan, Indian media has also started false propaganda against Pak-Iran relations after the arrest of RAW’s agent in Baluchistan.
According to Indian media, after the reports of the arrest of RAW’s agent and the discussion of the issue of Iranian land’s usage against Pakistan, have been publicized Pak-Iran relations have become tensed and in a message from Iranian consulate in Islamabad it was said that such statements after Iranian President Rouhani’s visit could deteriorate relations between the two countries.
According to Indian television, Pakistani government has warned its media to remain cautious in issuing reports against Iran after the arrest of Kulbhushan Yadav because it could negatively affect the bilateral relations.
Pakistan’s former diplomat in UN Masood Khan said that Indian media has been doing false propaganda with regard to Pak-Iran relations, after Yadav’s arrest. He said “Pakistan have close and brotherly relations with Iran and people of both the countries also have close relations. News of Iran’s involvement in Pakistan are wrong. Indian media should stop doing false propaganda with regard to this issue. Pakistan gives extreme importance to its relations with China and Iran”.
