Parachinar: Young Shia student of class 4 in jail since three years without any proof

Mujtaba Hussain and all of his family members were arrested three years ago in firing case on Malik Bakht Jamal near Mali Kilay in boshehra. They were arrested without any proof and have been tortured in jail as well. At the time of arrest Hussain was a student of class four but the arrest has affected his education as well.

The arrest of a fourth class’ student shows the incompetency of the government because even if any of his family members was a criminal, the young child was not to be blamed for anything. On the other hand, the school staff of Mali Kilay has not even presented any report regarding their student since three years.

After spending three years in jail, Mujatab Hussain and his family members were released on 15 days’ bail just few days ago and they will be taken to jail again after 15 days. Family of Mujtaba Hussain has demanded the political administration via Shiite News to release Mujtaba because he is an innocent young child and could not be blamed for anything.
