Scholars Resolve to Promote Shia Dignity and Muslim Unity During Muharram

Muharram Will Highlight the Dignity and Prestige of the Shia Community Following the Martyrdom of the Supreme Leader, Central Pulpit Scholars Decide

Shiite News – Karachi: A consultative meeting of scholars who address congregations from central pulpits was held at Pak Muharram Hall.

The meeting was attended by scholars visiting from Najaf Ashraf and Qom, along with prominent international and local religious speakers. The respected scholars unanimously agreed on four key points:

1. The period following the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader is a time of dignity and prestige for the Shia community. This honor and status of Shiism will be emphasized from the pulpit.
2. The battles and bravery of Imam Ali (AS) will be included as a special focus in Muharram gatherings.
3. Greater attention will be given to the requirements of Muslim unity during mourning assemblies.
4. Partial disagreements and internal divisions will be avoided, and efforts will be made to prevent discord.

At the conclusion of the meeting, participants reaffirmed their commitment to continuing such consultative sessions in the future.

The scholars stressed the importance of promoting unity, brotherhood, the message of Imam Hussain (AS), and the dignity of the Shia community from the pulpits during the sacred days of Muharram.
