Death Toll from Israeli Aggression in Lebanon Approaches 3,000
The Israeli enemy on Monday went ahead with its attack on Lebanon in violation of the so-called ceasefire announced earlier last month, with numerous strikes targeting a number of towns and villages across south Lebanon.
Al-Manar correspondents reported strikes conducted by Israeli warplanes and drones as well as artillery shelling in areas across the southern districts of Nabatieh, Tyre and Bint Jbeil.

Israeli warplanes raided the towns of Harouf and Deir AL-Zahrani in the district of Nabatieh as well as the towns of Deir Ames, Hanawey and Ma’rake in Tyre District, according to our correspondents.
Meanwhile, Israeli drones struck the towns of Tibnin in Bint Jbeil district and Majdal Selm in the district of Marjeyoun, Al-Manar correspondent in south Lebanon reported.
Artillery shelling also targeted the towns of Nabatieh and Fawqa and Kfar Remmen in Nabatieh district, in addition to villages of Deir Ames in Tyre district and Yatar in Bint Jbeil district.
Also on Monday, the Israeli enemy army issued a threat for Lebanese citizens to evacuate the towns of Harouf, Burj Al-Shamali and Deb’al.
Earlier before midnight on Sunday, an Israeli strike hit a residential building in Baalbek outskirts, in eastern Lebanon, killing a commander in the Palestinian Islamic Jihad resistance group Wael Abdel Halim along with his daughter.
The Lebanese Health Ministry announced on Sunday that the number of people martyred by Israeli attacks since March 2 reached 2,988. It put the number of injuries at 9,210.
