Hassan Diab on Saturday in a meeting with the families of the victims of Beirut 2020 blast stressed: “I say, in full transparency, that the rampant corruption that tightens its grip on the state is primarily responsible for the explosion,”
“You are deeply saddened by the loss of your loved ones and your grief is understandable because what happened is one of the consequences of corruption in the country and we need solidarity and unity to defeat corruption, “Diab told the families of the victims of the Beirut port bombing.”
