Aoun: Lebanese to celebrate full liberation of eastern Lebanon soon

Lebanon will celebrate full liberation of the eastern part of the country on Syrian border and returning of security and stability to this area, Lebanese President Michel Aoun said.

Aoun made the remarks Saturday in a ceremony to mark the 72nd anniversary of establishing General Directorate of General Security of Lebanon.

Just like southern Lebanon, the eastern borders will be taken back from Takfiri terrorists.

He pointed to abortion of the terrorist plots in disrupting security of the Lebanese people.

Aoun also emphasized Lebanon’s trust on security Forces.
