Lebanese Army Affirms Closely Monitoring Israeli Violations, Dismantles Spy Device in Blida Border Town
As part of its ongoing engineering survey operations in the southern regions, a specialized military unit discovered and dismantled a camouflaged Israeli spy device equipped with a camera in the outskirts of the town of Blida – Marjeyoun, a Lebanese Army statement announced.
The unit also removed two earthen berms erected by the enemy in the towns of Blida and Mays al-Jabal – Marjeyoun, the statement added.
The Army Command is closely monitoring the situation in the south, in coordination with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL), amid the Israeli enemy’s continued violations of Lebanon’s sovereignty and security, and its attacks on the Lebanese, particularly in the south.
The Israeli enemy continued on Monday blatantly violating the Lebanese sovereignty and the ceasefire based on the UN Resolution 1701.
