Karachi: Law Enforcement Agencies abducted Shia Man from City Court

The biased personnel of Law Enforcement Agencies on Wednesday abducted a Shia Man from the premises of City Court without any warrant, Eye witnesses told to Shiite News.

According to the Shiite News Correspondent, A Shia Man named Jawad Hussain, recently released on bail on false cases lodged by the biased Crime Investigation department (CID)Police, has abducted by the personnel of law enforcement agencies on plain clothes from the premises of City Court Karachi.

The Wife of abducted Shia Man Jawad Hussain said that Jawad is an innocent person saying that earlier two years back CID police detained him from his house at Orangi town but despite two years of prosecution he found not guilty in any case.

She added that Jawad Hussain today (Wednesday) appeared before the court for the hearing of his case but the personnel of law enforcement agencies on plain cloths abducted him on day light from the premises of City Court.

She demanded of the Chief Justice of Pakistan to take immediate notice of the illegal abduction of her husband by the law enforcement agencies personnel and vowed that she will file the petition against the illegal abduction of her husband.
