MWM registered as a political party by Election Commission

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen has been registered by Election Commission of Pakistan as a political party, officials of the party disclosed to Shiite News.
 Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafri led the MWM that has been active in Pakistan’s mainstream politics. A vast majority of Shia Muslims follow and support the MWM. The party has expressed its mass support through public meetings.
 
The registration of a party by the ECP means the party qualifies to contest Elections to legislatures.
