Yemen’s Ansarullah Reports Attack on Saudi-Backed Forces in Al-Mokha; 7 Killed, 35 Injured

Shiite News: Yemen’s Ansarullah movement has reportedly launched a new round of drone and missile attacks against positions of Saudi-backed forces in the Al-Mokha area of Taiz province.

On Sunday evening, the dock at Al-Sukhlah Port was reportedly targeted by an unmanned explosive boat, described in the report as a maritime drone. The attack allegedly killed seven Saudi personnel and injured 35 others. The Sana’a government described the operation as a major success.

The governors of Yemen’s Hodeidah, Ibb and Lahij provinces have issued a strong warning to the Saudi leadership, saying that the western coast could become a battlefield and that a policy of “blockade for blockade” would continue until all the demands of the Yemeni people are met.

The governors also called on Yemeni youth to leave Saudi-backed camps, alleging that the Saudi leadership is using them in its military operations as part of what the officials described as a US-Israeli plan.
