Security Forces Conduct Successful Operation in Bannu; 10 Arrested, One Suspect Killed
Shiite News: During a joint intelligence-based operation conducted by district police, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), and security forces in Bannu district, an exchange of fire took place within the jurisdiction of Meriyan Police Station, resulting in the death of one suspected member of the banned Sipah-e-Sahaba group.
According to the report, the deceased suspect was described as a known member of the group. A Kalashnikov rifle, three magazines, and a bandolier were recovered from his possession.

During subsequent search and raid operations in the area, 10 additional suspected members of the banned group were arrested. Authorities reportedly recovered two rifles, two pistols, and one repeater shotgun from those arrested.
