Pak–Afghan Border Clashes: 133 Taliban Killed in Pakistan Army Response

Shiite News: Afghan Taliban forces once again violated the border and opened unprovoked fire on Pakistan, prompting an immediate and forceful response by Pakistan’s security forces. Under Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq, the Pakistan Army inflicted heavy human and material losses on the enemy.
According to available information, 133 Afghan Taliban fighters have been killed and more than 200 injured, while several Taliban check posts have been targeted and destroyed.
In an official statement, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting stated that Afghan Taliban regime forces initiated unprovoked firing along the Pak–Afghan border, to which Pakistan’s security forces responded decisively.
Security sources reported that two brigade headquarters in Kabul were destroyed in recent aerial strikes, causing substantial damage to enemy infrastructure.
According to further security briefings, airstrikes in Kandahar destroyed one corps headquarters and one brigade headquarters, along with a fully operational ammunition depot and logistics base.
In Afghanistan’s Nangarhar province, Pakistan Air Force jets destroyed a major ammunition depot.
In Paktia, a corps headquarters was also hit and neutralized in a precision air operation.
Pakistan also seized control of five Afghan posts in the Paktia region opposite South Waziristan and hoisted the Pakistani flag. These include two posts opposite Shawal, two opposite Angoor Adda, and one opposite Zarmalan.
Security sources confirmed that the Afghan terminal at Angoor Adda was also destroyed during the operation. Due to Pakistan’s strong and coordinated response, Afghan Taliban forces reportedly suffered severe losses.
In Khost, multiple key Taliban posts along the Pak–Afghan border were completely destroyed. Following Pakistan’s decisive action, Afghan Taliban forces reportedly raised white flags at several positions.
Security forces targeted Taliban positions effectively using artillery and quadcopter drones.
