Renowned Shia leader martyred by Sipah-e-Yazeed in Peshawar
Takfiri nasbi terrorists of notorious outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba (Sipah-e-Yazeed), an offshoot of banned Taliban shot martyred a renowned Shia leader in Peshawar, capital city of Khyber-Pukhtoonkhwa province on Wednesday.
Dr Riaz Hussain Shah was attacked in Peshawar as the takfiri nasbi terrorists opened fire upon him. Dr. Riaz was a renowned politician and medical doctor by profession. He was sitting in his clinic.
He sustained fatal injuries and rushed to hospital for immediate treatment but he succumbed to wounds. He embraced martyrdom at hospital. Dr. Riaz originally belonged to Parachinar, Kurrum Agency. He was president of the the single largest party of Pakistan’s Kurrum Agency chapter. He was brother of retired DIG Irshad Hussain.
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the targeted murder of Dr Riaz Hussain Shah and demanded arrest of the assassins.
