14 years passed since Ashura procession tragedy in Karachi
Shiite News: On December 28, 2009, 14 years have passed since the tragedy of Ashura procession in Karachi.
The brutal terrorists of the pro-Saudi outlawed Sipah Sahaba/Lashkar Jhangvi involved in this tragedy are still free from the grip of the law.
The police, including the Rangers and other sensitive law enforcement agencies, have not been able to arrest the Nasbi Takfiri terrorists involved in the bomb blast on the day of Ashura Hussaini (AS) in the year 2009.
It should be noted that the Nasibi Takfiri terrorists involved in the Ashura bomb blast in 2010 managed to escape from the premises of the City Court with the help of their Nasibi terrorist associates, after which they could not be arrested till now.
In the year 2010, three Nasbi Takfiri terrorists Murtaza alias Shakeel, Muhammad Saqib Farooqi and Wazir Muhammad were escaped by the terrorists of the banned terrorist Takfiri group Jundullah after an attack at City Court, while one of the terrorists’ accomplice, Murad Shah, was retaliated by the police and was killed at spot.
The Nasbi Takfiri terrorists were related to the banned terrorist group Jundullah, while they were accused of four consecutive bomb blasts in December 2009, including 7, 8, and 9 Muharram for detonating bombs in the main procession on the day of Ashura Hussaini (AS).
It should be noted that more than 50 mourners of Imam Hussain (A.S.) were martyred in the Ashura tragedy in Karachi, while more than a hundred were injured, including children, women, youth and the elderly.
The case of four bomb blasts against Nasbi Takfiri terrorists, including the Ashura bombing tragedy, is still pending in Anti-Terrorism Court No. 3.
On June 26, 2010, Nasbi terrorists were brought to the City Court to hear another case, where accomplices of Nasbi Takfiri terrorists launched an armed attack on the police and freed the three Nasbi terrorists from police custody, while one of their Nasbi terrorists, Murad Shah, was killed by police firing.
The Anti-Terrorism Court No. 3 had issued temporary arrest warrants for the arrest of the three escaped Nasbi terrorists and issued instructions to the police to arrest the three Nasbi terrorists as soon as possible and produce them in the court.
Today, six years have passed since the Nasbi terrorists involved in the Ashura tragedy in Karachi escaped, but the police and sensitive institutions have failed to arrest the terrorists.
The most surprising thing is why the cases against these three dangerous Nasbi terrorists were not heard in the prison premises.
While the police and sensitive institutions were aware that the Nasbi Takfiri terrorists are extremely dangerous. There are dangerous criminals and attempts can be made to make them escape.
On the other hand, the investigation teams are fully convinced that the escaped terrorists had an important role in the Ashura tragedy. However, it is surprising that due to the lack of adequate security arrangements by the police and jail authorities, the Nabisi terrorist managed to escape from the court.
Legal experts say that in the most important and major cases, due to the long absence or non-arrest of terrorists, the cases become weak and the benefit is given to the terrorists.
It has been observed that in several cases, the terrorists who killed hundreds of people get freedom due to the unavailability of witnesses and changing their statements or not appearing in the court and fear of death threats from the terrorists and the cases are weak.
And due to the long lapse of time, even the police are unable to maintain their contacts with the witnesses and eventually the cases become weak.
Nasbi Takfiri terrorists involved in bombings in Muharram processions in December 2009 including the Ashura tragedy in Karachi were arrested after a police operation in the Hawke’s Bay area on January 23, 2010.
At the time of their arrest, Nasbi Takfiri terrorists had admitted that they were once again the target of a car bomb attack on the mourning procession.
The details of the cases against the arrested Nabisi Takfiri terrorists under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 were sent to Anti-Terrorism Court No. 3 where the terrorists were charged under provisions of Anti-Terrorism Criminal Code 265-C. However, terrorists managed to escape from the court.
Nasbi Takfiri terrorists Murtaza aka Shakeel and Saqib Farooqui are involved in the bomb blast during the procession on the Day of Ashura Hussaini (AS) as well as in the bomb blast during the procession in Paposhnagar on the 8th of Muharram.
Three mourners of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) were injured in the Paposh Nagar blast.
Nasbi Takfiri terrorists Murad Shah, Haider, Hasnain and Sajid were involved in the bomb blast in Orangi Town on the 9th of Muharram.
Seventeen mourners of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) were injured in the bomb blast that took place during the mourning procession in Rangi Town.
Cases were already registered against all Nasbi terrorists in Sir Syed police station under Section 4/5 and 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act, including possession of explosive ammunition.
Although 14 years have passed since the Ashura tragedy in Karachi, sensitive agencies including police, rangers and law enforcement agencies have not yet been able to arrest the Nasbi Takfiri terrorists involved in the Ashura bomb blast who escaped from the court premises.
