MWM Won’t Allow Anyone to Hijack Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Elections. Alama Amin Shaheedi

Dept.Sec.Gen Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Alama Amin Shaheedi has said that MWM will not allow anyone to hijack Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) elections.

The people of Gilgit-Baltistan are deprived of their basic constitutional rights for the last 67 years, he said while addressing the workers of MWM on Wednesday here in Gilgit.

He is on three-day visit to GB. He came Gilgit after paying successful visit to Baltistan. He said that political parties have exploited the people of these neglected areas, but now the people have become aware about their rights.

He said that PML-N was engaged in pre poll rigging; this was the kind of politics which PML-N used to do in elections in any part of the country.

PML-N government is targeting leaders and workers of MWM as they think MWM was a major rival in the GB.on’t allow anyone to hijack Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) elections
