Iraqi Prime Minister met with the Grand Ayatollah Sistani on Friday (10 Apr.) in Najaf.
After the meeting, Alabadi told reporters: The Grand Ayatollah Sistani declared his support for the government and its activities for freeing Iraqi territories from da’esh. He added: The Grand Ayatollah stressed the need for all security forces including volunteers to be under the control of the government and the only flag to fly will be the Iraqi flag.
