Illegal Ammunition Factory Seized In Chakwal, 90 kms from Islamabad

The Intelligence officials on Wednesday raided and seized an illegal arms factory in Chakwal that is situated some 90 kilometers from Pakistani capital Islamabad.

More than a ton of ammunition was being manufactured in the factory in a single day. The factory is situated in Pir Khara area of Chakwal. The factory is owned by an individual named Sabir Hussain.

The factory’s production capacity was more than Wah Ammunition Factory. A First Information Report (FIR) has been registered against the factory owner.

According to the sources, law enforcement agencies raided the factory in collaboration with Civil Defense. The law agencies confiscated all ammunition from the factory.
