A faction of Pakistan-based Deobandi terrorist outfit Lashkar-e-Jhangvi on Saturday claimed responsibility for twin bombs that hit a market in the northwestern town of Parachinar, killing at least 95 Shia Muslims on Quds Day, the last Friday of Ramadan ahead of Eid.

LeJ’s Al Alami faction said in a statement it was targeting Shias and threatened more attacks over Pakistanis fighting against Deobandi-allied takfiri Wahhabis militants in Syria against the pro-Palestine Arab nationalist regime and its supporters.
