Top Shia Clerics Condemn Terrorist Attacks in Iraq

Grand Ayatollahs Lotfollah Safi Golpayegani and Jafar Sobhani, on Thursday, strongly condemned the recent terrorist attacks in Iraq.

According to the Shiite News,Grand Ayatollahs Lotfollah Safi Golpayegani and Jafar Sobhani, on Thursday, strongly condemned the recent terrorist attacks in Iraq.

The two clerics also condemned the silence of international community and the human rights organizations in this regard.

More than a dozen coordinated car bombings ripped through the Iraqi capital late Tuesday, killing at least 64 people and wounding around 360.

According to security officials in Baghdad the car bombs detonated in various parts of the city, largely in Shiite neighborhoods, but also in several mixed and predominantly Sunni areas.
