Kashmir Hosts Majlis and Alam Procession Highlighting the Message of Quran and Ahl al-Bayt (AS)

Shiite News: A Majlis-e-Aza and Alam procession were held on 25 Safar al-Muzaffar in Dargund Bemina under the auspices of the Anjuman Sharie Shian Jammu and Kashmir. A large number of mourners participated enthusiastically in the procession.

Addressing the Majlis, the organization’s president, Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Agha Syed Hassan al-Moosavi, said that the Holy Quran and the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) are two inseparable sources of guidance for the Muslim Ummah.

He said that love for the Ahl al-Bayt (AS) should be demonstrated through good character, commitment to truth, and justice and fairness. Highlighting the message of the Karbala tragedy, he said that Imam Hussain’s (AS) sacrifice represented a decisive stand against oppression and falsehood.

He added that the purpose of mourning for Imam Hussain (AS) is to awaken awareness among believers regarding self-reform, truthfulness, and steadfastness. He urged believers to strengthen their connection with the Holy Quran and Ahl al-Bayt (AS) and to implement the message of Karbala in their daily lives.
