Shia Muslims have begun offering Qadr nights since 19th Shab of Ramazan because Shab-e-Qadr falls on any one night with odd number in any of the last 10 nights.
So far, Shia Muslims have offered specially recommended prayers at nights of 19th, 21st and 23rd of Ramazan.

In Islamic lunar calendar,  night falls before the day that means after sunset of 18th Ramazan, night of 19th Ramzan began.

Most importantly,Shia attach great importance to Ramazan observing its sanctity strictly.

Shia Muslims across the world observe Qadr nights with religious fervour. Particularly, they offer prayers, recited Quranic verses and prays such as Joshan Kabir.
