Allama Anwar Ali Najafi and Dr. Hani Al-Banna Meet, Discuss Zakat Policy

Shiite News: Head of Jamia al-Kausar, Chairman of Jabir bin Hayyan Trust, and representative of the Marja’iyyah Allama Anwar Ali Najafi met with co-founder of Islamic Relief Dr. Hani Al-Banna and members of his team in Birmingham.

In the meeting, views were exchanged on legislation related to Zakat, its expenditures, and related policies.

Allama Anwar Ali Najafi appreciated Dr. Hani Al-Banna’s longstanding services in promoting humanitarian service at the global level, assistance to the deserving, and cooperation among welfare organizations.
