Headquarters of Komala Terrorist Group Destroyed in Iraqi Kurdistan: IRGC

Shiite News: The ground forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, in a drone operation last night, targeted the headquarters of the separatist terrorist group Komala in the Balisan area of Iraqi Kurdistan.

According to Iranian sources, this operation was carried out within the framework of preemptive defensive measures. According to initial assessments, the attack inflicted heavy human and financial damage on the terrorist group’s structure and operational capability.

The Komala group has confirmed the attack on its headquarters but has denied casualties. Videos of drone strikes and explosions in the Iraqi Kurdistan region have also emerged.

It is noteworthy that separatist groups, including Komala, have been using Iraqi Kurdistan as a base for terrorist operations in Iran’s border areas. The IRGC has warned on numerous occasions that terrorist groups active against Iran’s security will be targeted wherever they are.
