Jafar Jatoi allowed conditionally by SHC to address Majlis in Sindh province

The lawyer for Jafar Jatoi said that Sindh High Court has allowed his client Ghulam Jafar Jatoi son of Mureed Hussain to address Majlis in Sindh by acting upon the para 2 of the Sindh Home Department’s September 20th (2017) notification that seeks from the “provocative/firebrand” speakers to enter into a bond with one surety to the satisfaction of the District Superintendent of Police of the concerned district.

Molvi Iqbal Haider advocate further said that his client was allowed to address Majlis and he is ready to appear before Superintendent of Police of the relevant district and he may be dealt with second para of the notification that banned Jatoi under MPO 1960 from speaking at any Majlis in any part of Sindh province.
The notification also called him the firebrand and provocative speaker. The advocate general undertook that Jatoi would be dealt with para 2 of the notification.
