7th Day of Allama Raja Nasir Hunger Strike against Shia-Genocide

The Hunger Strike of Majlis-e-Wehdatul Muslimeen (MWM) Secretary General Allama Raja Nasir Abbas on Thursday entered on seventh consecutive day in Islamabad against the killings of Shiite Muslims in Pakistan, Government and Forces inaction against the Takfiri terrorists and plot to divide Pakistan on sectarian Grounds.

Leading Shiite scholar Maulana Hassan Zafar Naqvi, Deputy Secretary General MWM Maulana Ahmed Iqbal, Maulana Iqbal Behishti, Maulana Ejaz Behishti and others also accompanied Allama Raja Nasir Abbas on his Hunger Strike against Shia-Genocide.

Large Number of People from Civil Society and clerics belonging to different sets also visited the Hunger Strike Protest Camp to express their solidarity with the protesters.The protesters have vowed to protect Pakistan from terrorists.

Earlier, a delegation of PML-N, led By Federal Minister Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry met Allama Raja Nasir Abbas at Hunger Strike Camp and requested him to end his hunger strike and assured him to talks with PM Nawaz Sharif and Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on MWM’s demand.

Other groups including the a high-profile delegation of Khyber-PukhtoonKhawa Ulema’s ( Religious Scholars ) also met with Allama Raja Nasir Abbas at Hunger Strike Camp on Thursday and expressed their solidarity with the Shiite leader.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas, an old man with high spirit and courage despite the cardiac and diabetic problems vowed to continue his hunger strike against Shia-Genocide and above-mentioned demands for indefinite period despite the immense pressure on him from the Shia-clergy and organizations to end his Hunger Strike.
