Parachinar: Protests against Ayatollah Nimr’s execution continues

Protests against the execution of Saudi Arabia’s Shia leader Ayatollah Sheikh Muhammad Baqar al Nimr have been going on in Parachinar in which both Shia and Ahl e Sunnat people have been participating. A procession was carried out from the central Imambargah of Parachinar against Sheikh Nimr’s martyrdom that after passing through Punjabi market reached Jail road. Protestors were holding play cards in the demonstration on which anti- Saudi Arabia slogans were written.

Both Shia and Sunni tribal leaders, ulema and representatives and members of different parties participated in the demonstration. Speaker of grand mosque of Parachinar Molana Arif Hussain, secretary of Anjuman e Hussainia Malik Siraj Hussain, Muhammad Ibrahim and Haji Nauroz Ali addressed the demonstration. They said “Saudi Arabia has paved the way for Allah’s damnation by executing Sheikh Nimr”. Speakers also demanded Muslim countries to stop Saudi Arabia from committing such acts in future.
