US Threats Against Nuclear Facilities Are a Sign of Desperation: Mohammad Eslami

Shiite News: Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Mohammad Eslami, has said that continuous American threats against Iran’s nuclear facilities are a sign of Washington’s growing desperation. He presented this position in an interview while referring to threats of attacks on Koh-e-Kolang and other locations.

Mohammad Eslami, criticizing the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi, alleged that he is passing information about Iran’s nuclear program to adversaries. He termed this a misuse of the authority delegated to international institutions.

He said that such actions raise questions about the credibility of international institutions and highlight the weaknesses in the United Nations Charter and the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Mohammad Eslami termed the behavior of the agency’s head as open double standards.
