The efforts of the Republicans in the US Senate to oppose and reject the nuclear conclusion with Iran have failed. The US Senate Democrats, on Thursday, for the third time, blocked a plan which aimed to reject the nuclear conclusion with Iran. In this manner, the most important foreign policy achievement of the US president, Barack Obama, was registered and the ground was paved for the implementation of this conclusion.

The US Senate, which is under the control of the Republicans, in the third confrontation with Democrats, failed to garner the sixty necessary votes to advance the plan which rejects the nuclear conclusion with Iran.

The voting in the US Senate on Thursday showed that the US Congress would not approve a resolution in rejection of the nuclear conclusion with Iran.

The Republican Majority Leader at the US Senate, Mitch McConnell, failed to win the support of more Democrats for voting in favor of the plan, which aims to reject the nuclear conclusion with Iran.

The Republican Majority leader in the US Senate, following his failure, tried to somehow obstruct Obama from removal of sanctions against Iran until the release of four American prisoners in Iran and recognition of the spurious Zionist regime.

Upon the successful conclusion of nuclear talks between Iran and the 5+1 Group member states, the US Congress had two months to study the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). The US Republicans vehemently opposed the nuclear conclusion with Iran and said that the US president has granted many concessions to Iran.

Upon the failure of the efforts of the Republicans on Thursday and termination of the two-month deadline granted to US Congress to study the nuclear conclusion with Iran, Barack Obama can now instruct the removal of sanctions imposed on Iran in regard to Iran’s nuclear plan.

Meanwhile, the US Secretary of State, John Kerry, on Thursday night, appointed Stephen Mull as the main coordinator and the official in charge of implementation of the Comprehensive Joint Plan of Action.

Previously, Stephen Mull was the US ambassador to Poland.

The US Democrat Senator, Lloyd Doggett, who is a member of the US House of Representatives, in an interview with KVUE TV Network, referred to the Comprehensive Joint Plan of Action as the victory of peace. He said that fortunately peace triumphed and the US president now has the opportunity to implement the nuclear conclusion with Iran.
