Ceremony of Death anniversary of Imam Khomeini held at Iran Consulate Karachi

Shiite News: On the occasion of the 36th death anniversary of the founder of the Islamic Revolution, Hazrat Imam Khomeini (RA), a ceremony and conference titled “Imam Khomeini ki Elahi aur Siyasi fikr ki tashreeh” was held at the Iran Consulate Karachi.

The conference was held in cooperation with Khana Farhang Iran Karachi, in which a large number of prominent figures from political, religious, social, scientific, educational, cultural and media circles, including women, also participated.

Addressing the conference, the head of the Iran Consulate Karachi, Wahid Asghari, said that the success of the Islamic Revolution under the leadership of Hazrat Imam Khomeini (RA), brought about a great change in Iranian politics at both the internal and external levels.

At the domestic level, the people were involved in power, while at the international level, a new moral and ideological approach was adopted that was based on pure Muhammadan Islam.

Hazrat Imam Khomeini was a great blessing from God not only for the Muslim Ummah but for all humanity. He established an Islamic government while leading against the tyrannical regimes and put into practice the idea of Wilayat al-Faqih.

Videos based on the speeches of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, and documentaries containing the last moments of Hazrat Imam Khomeini’s life were also shown at the conference, which were highly appreciated by the attendees.

Finally, commemorative shields were presented to Allama Syed Hassan Zafar Naqvi and Dr. Meraj al-Hadi Siddiqui for their outstanding services in promoting the thought of Hazrat Imam Khomeini.
