Attempt to bail Ahsan Boxer, the worst insolent has failed

Shiite News: The attempt to bail Ahsan Boxer, the worst insolent of son of the Messenger of God, Imam Mahdi (AS) has failed.

Insolent Imam Mahdi (AJTFS) cursed Ahsan Boxer’s application for bail was withdrawn by the lawyer due to the wrong forum.

Ahsan Boxer’s lawyer filed a bail application for the condemned accused in the Sessions Court Lahore and demanded his release.

On this occasion, Syed Fakhr Rizvi Advocate, Syed Asad Hussain Naqvi, Hussain Mehdi, Syed Shehzad Ali Naqvi Advocates on behalf of the plaintiff case pointed out that the lawyer of the accused is requesting bail from the wrong forum, according to the law, the bail of the accused can’t be given from this forum.

Concurring with this legal point, the learned judge reprimanded the lawyer of the accused and said that you as a lawyer should know which forum constitutes your bail.

The learned judge remarked that he was dismissing the bail application or withdrawing the application. On which the lawyer of the accused Maloon Ahsan Boxer withdrew the application.

It should be remembered that the cursed Ahsan Boxer insulted the honor of Imam Mahdi (AS), on which a case was registered against him in Achhra police station in Lahore.

The accused was arrested by the police from Karachi and is currently in jail.
