MWM to field 200 candidates in LB polls in KPK
Peshawar- Majlis-e-Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen (MWM) has decided that it would field 200 candidates in the upcoming local body elections in khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said Tanveer Mehdi, MWM Provincial leader, to media.
He said that MWM candidates would stand in electoral slots of nearly all districts of the province in the elections scheduled to be held on May 30. All the candidates have submitted their nomination papers, and the majority of papers have been approved.
He said MWM opposed sectarianism and racism, and dedicated to serve the nation. He said, “MWM’s candidates fulfilled all the requirements linked with electoral nomination. All the candidates will start their electoral campaign soon.”
