Shiite News: Pakistan People’s Party’s so-called democratic Sindh government has failed to rein in biased police officers under it.

Unjustified actions against Shia students in educational institutions are ongoing. Abuse of power and authority on the part of SSP Bashir Brohi from CTD, by abducting two Shia students from Gilgit-Baltistan to the police station along with plain clothed men and dozens of vehicles for a minor incident with his nephew in University of Karachi.

SSP CTD Bashir Brohi, the favorite of the Sindh government, took revenge against the students of Gilgit-Baltistan and against two Shia students from Gilgit, Ehtesham Haider and Mureed Abbas, for a minor incident with his nephew in Karachi University.

By showing a false FIR on the media, they are being locked up in the police station and subjected to the worst torture.

According to the sources, SSP CTD Bashir Brohi has kept his nephew Adeel son of Hidayatullah safely at home while he is targeting other boys for revenge. An immediate investigation should be initiated against the misuse of powers and he should be dismissed from the job immediately.

It should be noted that various student organizations have strongly protested against this cruel move in University of Karachi and have demanded the government to immediately release the innocent youths and take immediate and effective action against the drunken SSP Bashir Brohi, in University of Karachi. It seems that the government and state institutions have a grudge against Shiite students.
