Increasing examination fees is sheer cruelty, ISO

Shiite News: Central Secretary Education of Imamia Students Organization (ISO) Pakistan Farhan Haider has expressed serious concern about the increase in the fees of the examination boards and said that instead of generalizing education and providing facilities, the increase in the examination fees is completely cruel, due to inflation parents should not be oppressed anymore.

He said that the increase in enrollment, admission, mark sheet, certificates and other fees is equivalent to anti-education.

Poor students will not be able to pay the board fees, millions of children will be left out of enrollment and will not be able to take the exams.

He demanded that the decision to increase the fees of education boards across the country should be withdrawn immediately so that poor student are not deprived of education.

He said that in this era of inflation, another burden has been placed on the parents.

Central Education Secretary Farhan Haider requested the Chief Justice to take notice of the increase in secondary board fees and said that the increase in secondary board fees is against the constitutional guarantee of providing free education.

He said that governments give concessions to the public and poor students to provide education, while the secondary boards have increased the fees by 100%, but they have done little, which is anti-education.
