US embassy issues high security alert for its citizens, employees

Shitte News: US embassy in Islamabad has issued security alert for its citizens and employees.

Fear has been expressed in the alert about attack on US citizens in a local hotel.

The US embassy said US citizens and employees should avoid to go to local hotel and unnecessary travelling. The US citizens can be targeted during holidays.

Banning all the public gatherings, the US embassy has directed all its mission personnel to refrain from non-essential travel in Islamabad throughout the holiday season.
