Shiite News: Additional IG Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mohammad Ali Baba Khel says that the Afghan Taliban and the outlawed TTP are two sides of the same coin.

Addressing a seminar on the challenges for peace and security in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, AIG KP Muhammad Ali Baba Khel said that 115 police personnel have been martyred so far this year, attacks on police are proof that the police force doing their job efficiently.

“We have seen the formation of militants and organized them. We have seen the re-formation of TTP. TTP compares itself with Afghan Taliban which is wrong, but Taliban and TTP are two sides of the same coin.

AIGKP said that the Afghan Taliban fought against the occupying forces, but Pakistan has a government, Pakistan aspires to a nation-based state, Pakistan’s biggest challenge is to control the supporters of such elements.

Muhammad Ali Baba Khel said that America has left 7 billion dollars worth of military equipment in Afghanistan, the same modern equipment has been used in recent terrorist attacks.
