Speaking on this occasion, Allama Maqsood Ali Domki said that it is our fundamental right to hold a mourning meeting within our premises (four walls).

Therefore, the government should cooperate with the mourners instead of filing cases against Azadaran-e-Imam Hussain (AS) during Muharram.

He said that the Constitution of Pakistan gives its citizens the full right to worship within the four walls of the house or Imam Bargah.

The cases against Majlis-e-Aza are against the constitution. Whereas the government should cooperate with the founders of majalis and processions in the timing of majlis aza according to the changing winter and summer.
Speaking on this occasion, Federal Minister Riaz Hussain Pirzada said that the Ministry of Human Rights is the protector of the basic rights of the citizens.

The Constitution of Pakistan grants religious freedom to every citizen of the country. I will talk to the Federal Ministry of Interior and the provincial government regarding the return of the listed cases and basic human rights to the mourners.
