MWM and PFP announces to hold Solidarity day with Palestine on 23rd March

Shiite News: Majlis Wahdat e Muslimeen and Palestine Foundation Pakistan have announced to observe Pakistan day as day for Solidarity with Palestine. In this regard, two parties held a press conference at Karachi Press Club on Tuesday, which was attended by Former MPA, Mahfooz Yar Khan, Major (Retd.) Qamar Abbas, Secretary-General MWM Sindh, Allama Qazi Ahmed Noorani (JUP), Arshad Naqvi (PPP), Israr Abbasi (PTI), Yonus Boneri (ANP), Pirzada Azhar Ali Hamdani (PML-N), Sadiq Sheikh (PML-Q), Bashir Sadozai, Karamat Ali and Sabir Abu Maryam.

On this occasion, speakers said that the founder of Pakistan, Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah condemned Israeli Occupation on Palestine in 1917 and kept informed to British Emperor regarding his stand on said issue time to time. Allama Iqbal also visited Palestine to attend a conference and later on, he raised his voice on the Palestinian issue in Sub-Continent through his poetry. He also said that I am ready for imprisonment but I will not step back from supporting Palestinian Cause. All India Muslim League led by Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah passed 18 resolutions in favor of Palestine from 1933 t0 1946. In 1940, AIML also passed a resolution for Palestine along with the historical Resolution of Pakistan in Lahore on 23rd March. Such Archeological facts of Pakistan Movement unveil the love of our pioneers of the country for Palestine. The founder of Pakistan was an ardent believer of Supreme Arab Council and Critics for Arrival of Jews in Palestine which was proposed in Britain Whitepapers issued in 1939.

Unfortunately, a few Arab and Non-Arab nations have recognized illegitimate Israeli State. They are also wants Pakistan to establish friendly ties with Israel. Although, some black sheep in Pakistan are also agreed for this change for their monetary benefits but the dignified Nation will not let their dream come true.

The Speaker also demanded to keep up the agenda for the freedom of Palestine and Kashmir in ongoing OIC Meeting and urge to take action against such Muslim States who have stablished bilateral ties with Israel.
