Concern Over Pakistan’s Possible Involvement in the Imposed War on Yemen: MWM’s Important Press Conference

Shiite News: Under the auspices of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan, an extremely important press conference was organized regarding the rapidly changing situation in the region, growing regional tensions, and especially the possible role of Pakistan in the imposed war against the oppressed people of Yemen.

Addressing the press conference, MWM Pakistan Vice Chairman Allama Syed Ahmad Iqbal Rizvi and President of Majlis Ulema-e-Maktab Ahl-e-Bait Allama Syed Hasnain Gardezi strongly condemned the aggression taking place in the region under the imperialist and Zionist agenda. The leaders declared any kind of military involvement or facilitation by Pakistan in the ongoing war against Yemen as a clear violation of national interests and Islamic brotherhood.

On the occasion of this important press conference, Allama Asghar Askari, Allama Ali Sher Ansari, Allama Isa Amini, Allama Dr. Muhammad Ali Mumtaz, and other central leaders were also present. The speakers, discussing the global situation, especially the ongoing humanitarian catastrophe in Yemen, unanimously emphasized that instead of becoming fuel for a proxy war, Pakistan should extend moral support to the oppressed people of Yemen and thwart the imperialist and Saudi plans that spread discord within the Muslim Ummah.
