Shia Ulema Council women wing stage rally outside UN office to protest Israeli aggression

Despite rainfall, Shia women staged a rally outside United Nations office in Islamabad to protest against the continued Israeli aggression on defenseless Palestinians on Gaza.

Under the aegis of Shia Ulema Council women wing, the protestors were raising slogans against the United Nations and its big powers for their inaction against the Zionist crimes against humanity and war crimes in Gaza.

They also condemned the Arab monarchs and their allied governments for betraying the Palestine Cause. They were carrying placards and banners inscribed with the anti-Israel and anti-US slogans.

“United Nations never punished illegitimate state of Israel for its war crimes and crimes against humanity in Palestine,” said Allama Arif Wahidi, secretary general of the Shia Ulema Council, speaking to the protestors.

He demanded punitive action against the Zionist regime. He urged the world countries and their governments to break-off their diplomatic relations and boycott Zionist regime in all sectors.
