19 Shia youths shifted to declared detention on false terror charges

19 Shia youths shifted from enforced disappearance to declared detention on false terror charges in Karachi. DIG East Zone of Karachi Police declared them arrested at a press conference yesterday.
He declared arrest of five more people yesterday raising the number to 19.

Shia families turned down the terror charges against victims of enforced disappearance as baseless and untrue.

The DIG-East Amir Farooqi identified the held persons as Syed Imran Haider Zaidi, Waqar Raza, Mohammad Abbas and Syed Mohtashim at a press conference.

He also didn’t hesitate to accuse Syed Matloob Hussain, a reporter of Daily Jang of false terror charges.

The accused and their families have turned down the charges as baseless and untrue.

Most importantly, many families continue to stage sit-in outside President of Pakistan’s residence in Karachi.

Most importantly, observers note that due to the families protest, the security agencies had to end enforced disappearance of these Shias.

Because, the entire world is watching through social media the worst sort of fundamental human rights violation in these cases.

Due to the families protest, the security agencies had to end enforced disappearance of these Shias. But continue detaining them under false pretext.

Hence, the ‘captors’ continue their detention by showing them formally arrested but on false charges.

In spite of Shia genocide across Pakistan, security agencies had not launched similar crackdown on banned Deobandi takfiri terror outfits.

Shia Muslims condemn the discrimination against them. They condemn systematic marginalization.

Noteworthy: Banned Sipah-e-Sahaba (ASWJ), its subsidiary Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, publicly continue pogrom of Shia Muslims in Pakistan.

They and Daesh (ISIS) and many other likeminded terror outfits publicly claim Shia killing.

Even the Hazara Shia community massacre has not convinced the power that be to hang Ramzan Mengal, the ringleader of terrorists notorious for anti-Shia violence.

Shia Muslims condemn the discrimination against them. They condemn systematic marginalization.

Biased cops and terrorists of banned outfits seem to be two faces of same coin against Shia citizens in Pakistan.
