SUC supporters stage rallies to support sit in protest of Shia families against enforced disappearance of Shia youths. Shia Ulema Council marked solidarity with Shia missing persons families.
Allama Syed Sibtain Sabzwari, SUC North Punjab chapter’s president, had given a call for protest rallies. Therefore, SUC supporters took out rallies across Punjab province.

Allama Sabzwari reminded Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi that they had issued several statements on missing persons issue in past.

The supporters of Shia Ulema Council demanded the authorities to end innocent Shia Muslims enforced disappearance immediately.

Speaking to the protesters, Allama Sibtain Sabzwari said that the authorities concerned must free innocent Shia youths or produce them in courts to get justice.

Furthermore, he cited that SUC head Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi had already made clear that the power that be must not push the peaceful community to wall.

The supporters of Shia Ulema Council demanded the authorities to end innocent Shia Muslims enforced disappearance immediately.

Hence, he warned that they must not create situation where peaceful and law-abiding citizens take matters into their hands.

Most importantly, he said they may have to decide on their own. Hence SUC leader called for needed action to do justice to peaceful Shia community.

Furthermorer, Allama Sabzwari reminded Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi of their several statements on missing persons issue.

Importantly, he recalled they had issued statements as PTI leaders and as opposition party. He asked them why they don’t act now.
