Parliamentary Secretary vows to take up missing persons’ issue at NA. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Aftab Jahangir gave categorical assurance he would again raise the issue of Shia missing persons at Parliament.
He said this, speaking at Wahdat-e-Islami Conference in Karachi yesterday.

PTI lawmakers had earlier raised the issue of missing persons in the past. They will also take up the issue again at Parliament.

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen Sindh chapter secretary general hosted the event.

PTI already raised missing persons issue

Aftab Jahangir said that PTI lawmakers had earlier raised the issue of missing persons in the past. He vowed that he would also take up the issue again at Parliament.

PTI leader agree to the legitimate demand that the agencies must end enforced disappearance.

Furthermore, the parliamentary secretary for religious affairs agreed to the legitimate demand that the agencies must end enforced disappearance.

He also agreed that those detained them should either release them or produce the detainees in court of law for trial.

Most importantly, Aftab Jahangir said that the affected families should heave a sigh of relief by knowing the whereabouts of their missing members.
