Sunni scholars support Shia families protest against enforced disappearance of members of such families whom they call patriot Pakistanis. Allama Qazi Ahmed Noorani and others also spoke at sit-in protest of Shia families being held outside President Arif Alvi house in Karachi.

Indian pilot released, Shia youths imprisoned!!

Allama Qazi Ahmed Noorani and other Sunni religio-political leaders and scholars expressed dismay that government release Indian Air Force pilot Abhinandan but continue to imprison patriot Shia Muslims.

They cited that IAF pilot Abhinandan had intruded into Pakistan violating airspace and international law and to harm our country. They praises Shia Muslim community as a patriot community but government has launched crackdown on them.

They criticized President Dr Arif Alvi for not listening to the protesting families.

They lamented that enforced disappearance of innocent Shia Muslims pushing their mothers to premature death.

Indian Spy enjoys more than Pakistani citizens

They said it is shameful that government violate fundamental human rights. They condemned the government for allowing even Indian spy with his family but denying the legal right of Pakistani citizens to meet their detained family members.
