Sunni leader blames Western powers for crisis from Palestine to Yemen

Sunni Ittehad Council chief Sahibzada Hamid Raza has emphasized on the need to bring unity in Muslim world adding that success of Ummah lies in unity.

In an interview he said that unfortunately external forces are trying to create misunderstandings among the Muslim world and are hatching conspiracies to divide them.
He added it is very encouraging to see that like past, this year too Unity Week is being celebrated in Iran with religious spirit and respect to the Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
He said that Quran and life of holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) provide guidance to all Muslims in overcoming their problems and challenges. He added holy Prophet has laid stress on unity of Muslims repeatedly.
Hamid Raza went on to say that from Palestine to Yemen Muslims are facing lots of problems due to Western powers. He strongly believed that Muslims through their unity can easily overcome the problems they are facing right now.
The religious leader urged Muslims to shun their differences and unite for a greater cause which is prosperity of Ummah.
Chief of Sunni Ittehad Council said that those countries who call themselves very well developed and modern are ready to invade other countries if something happens to their citizens over there.
He said that Muslims should follow the principles of Islam and unite for a big cause. He viewed that if Muslims are united no other power can defeat them.
Sahibzada Hamid Raza said that Muslims have to show openness of mind and forget about their differences.
He added that it is not hidden which power in the world is creating problems in the Muslim world and trying to divide them. “We have to stand against those powers and give them a befitting response,” he stated.
The religious leader urged all Muslim scholars and educated people to promote religious harmony among all sects of Islam.
