Despite talks and with release of Taliban terrorists, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has ordered to tighten security around his Raiwind residence that is also called Jati Umra and situated near Lahore.
Shiite News Correspondent reported here on Monday that police and intelligence agencies conducted a joint search operation to purge the area of suspected terrorists. During the search operation SP Sadr Malik Uwais-led team interrogated several suspects and took many into custody for more questioning.
Intelligence agencies had earlier alerted Punjab government that there are 174 hideouts of (the Yazidi takfiri nasbi) terrorists of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba/Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.
The PMLN government had struck a covert deal with the banned Sipah-e-Sahaba’s Ahmed Ludhianvi and outlawed LeJ’s Malik Ishaq who had mediated between TTP Punjab and the PMLN government, according to The Nation’s report published in September 2013.
