Sunni-Shia leaders warn to jam Islamabad if govt pardon Taliban terrorists
These warnings were vowed at Labbaik Ya Rasoolullah (PBUH) Rally held in Baluchistan province’s Dera Allah Yar on Sunday, according to Shiite News report. The MWM hosted the conference and more such conferences will be held particularly one such conference is to be held in Khairpur.
Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari, secretary general of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, and Mufti Saeed Rizvi of Sunni Ittehad Council and other officials of these parties spoke at the largely-attended conference.
They said that Sunni and Shia Muslims and even non-Muslims were united on the issue of Taliban and they all wanted government to order military operation to liquidate the ferocious terrorists of Taliban. They said that Sunni and Shia Muslims have joined hand to rid Pakistan of the terrorism. They said that the government’s inaction made the country a safe-haven for the terrorists. They rejected talks with the terrorists.
They vowed that Sunni and Shia Muslims would throng Islamabad and stage a sit-in there that would jam the capital city and the rulers would find no place to move and then they see how people react to their policy of appeasement for the terrorists.
Sunni and Shia leaders lambasted Sindh Government for deaths of around 125 children of Thar due to starvation. They said that the delinquent officials responsible for the deaths should be sacked forthwith.
