A Shia Muslim ambushed by Sipah-e-Yazid embraced martyrdom
A Shia Muslims who was shot injured due to firing of the notorious terrorists of outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba embraced martyrdom on Tuesday and was laid to rest on Wednesday.
Salman Zaidi was ambushed near Jamia Sibtain Masjid and Imam Bargah Gulshan-e-Iqbal. He sustained bullet injuries and was taken to a private hospital for treatment. He succumbed to fatal wounds and body was taken to Shohda-e-Karbala Cold Storage.
His namaz-e-janaza was held at Sadat Colonyâ€™s Shohda-e-Karbala Imam Bargah. Hundreds of Shiites attended the funeral. The martyr was laid to rest in Wadi-e-Hussain (AS) Graveyard.
Shia parties and leaders have condemned the targeted attacks on the lives of Shiites across Pakistan and in particular Karachi. They condemned the pogrom of Shiites by notorious terrorists of outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba that has renamed it as Ahl-e-Sunnat wal Jamaat. The Shia leaders said that talk of talks with the terrorists always encouraged the terrorists to continue terrorism and government needs to launch an operation to eliminate the terrorists.
