Sipah e Sahaba, LeJ and Jaish e Muhammad once again declared banned by Interior Ministry
Shiite News: Interior Ministry has presented the list of banned organizations in Senate, earlier today. A member of Interior Ministry Blaeegh ur Rahman told the house that it is being monitored that banned organizations do not work by changing their names. Interior Ministry told Senate in a written letter that one thousand and 113 acts of terrorism took place in the country this year, 637 terrorists were killed whereas 710 terrorists were arrested.
Interior Ministry also presented the list of outlawed organizations in the Senate that was comprised of 61 organizations including Baluchistan Republican Army, Lashkar e Baluchistan and Daesh. Jamat ud Dawa’s name was not in the list but the organization is under monitoring. However, LeJ, Jaish e Muhammad, Sipah e Sahaba Pakistan are included the list of outlawed organizations prepared by the Interior Ministry.
Minister Baleegh ur Rahman told the house that provinces had been directed to make sure that no banned organization start working again by changing its name. He further told that the list of banned organizations is being regularly updated.
